Before joining the marketing team, Cat served as Pinterest’s head of growth, where she led the product strategy to drive user growth via acquisition, activation, engagement and virality teams. Prior to Pinterest, Cat was a part of the Facebook Platform team, where she led developer tools and experience. She is a Bay Area native and loves to try new restaurants. She earned her B.S. in computer science from Stanford University and her M.B.A. from the University of Michigan. Tom Lemrond is Director of Sales at AppLovin, a leading mobile marketing platform that helps the world's largest brands reach over two billion consumers globally with relevant content. At AppLovin, he works closely with advertisers in gaming and non-gaming to help them to increase their revenues.

Before joining AppLovin, Tom was Business Development Manager at Fetch, where he led all gaming accounts and worked closely with top mobile game publishers. He was previously User Acquisition Analyst at PlayPhone; he began his career as a marketing analyst for Social Hour.
